Disappointed with cleanliness.
On arrival reception tried to charge me for room even though I had already paid. They apologised when I showed receipt and said a new system in place. The first room was terrible, a disabled room smelt of vomit, no pillows, no kettle or mugs, dirty towel. I returned to reception, they apologised and said again a new system in place, I was given a voucher for 2 complimentary drinks and a snack, they allocated another room which although the bed was clean and comfortable the waste bin in bathroom was full from previous occupant. On a positive note the macaroni cheese I had in restaurant was lovely and bar staff very friendly and attentive.

Perfect airport stopover
Very very helpful staff and friendly. Lovely choice of pillows and comfy bed. Sound proofed. Nice room and powerful shower. So good we stayed there twice !

We enjoyed our two night stay and with the exception of one small item everything met our expectations. The one item that caught us off guard was the charge for the airport shuttle. This is the first time I have seen a separate charge for this service for a relatively short trip to and from the airport. That aside we look forward to our next visit.
