There was mold in our ac unit, we got locked in the pool because the gate was faulty, and our door would open no matter what key was used on it. We couldn’t all go anywhere together because someone had to stay in the room Saturday with a deadlock to make sure no one got in. When we spoke to the staff about the issues they seemed annoyed and frustrated that we were unhappy and didn’t care much to fix the problems.

Our first room was a suite and the couch has multiple stains on it, the front desk lady was nice and switched us to a smaller room which was fine. This room was better but both doors (entry and bathroom door) consistently got stuck and would not shut properly. Toilet also was constantly running

I gave it a 4 star for staff and service because there was awhile in the morning i could not reach anyone at front desk on phone or in person, was needing a few washcloths. There was a sign at desk saying they were out assisting their customers and would be right back. Other than that, place was nice, staff was nice.

Okay.
The hotel was acceptable and appears to be getting repairs done. Elevator was broken. Tarp was hanging in kitchen area. Hotel was understaffed and check in was slow but friendly. Room had been cleaned but wasn't the cleanest room I've stayed in. Could have stayed at similar hotels in area for less money.
