"There were lots of issues. Mostly stuff that could be fixed with a little TLC. For example, sticky drink marks all over the outside table, missing light bulbs, filthy windows, damaged service hatches, torn fly screens (therefore useless), dirty footprints around the pool, green slime in the pool ..."
