En el anuncio se ofrece un apartamento con terraza en planta baja con jardin y piscina y lo que ofrecen en realidad es un sotano sin terraza y zona compartida de jardin y piscina con otros 4 apartamentos. Al no cumplir con lo ofertado solicitamos la cancelación, en un principio entendieron la situación y nos confirmaron que nos devolvían totalmente todo lo cobrado, pero la sorpresa fue que se quedaron con 82.€. Nosotros como clientes no tenemos porque pagar nada de algo que no cumple con lo que se oferta, es una publicidad engañosa. cancelación cancelación
