Interactions With Guests:
Your stay at Reel Hip is designed to be as convenient and hassle-free as possible.
Self-Check-In: Guests will receive a personalized door code within 24 hours of their arrival, allowing for seamless self-access to the unit.
Host Availability: While I don’t meet guests on-site, I’m always just a message away. Feel free to reach out via text or email with any questions, concerns, or special requests during your stay.

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all guests, please carefully review the following house rules and important information:
House Rules:
NO Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the lanai, and in the hallways. Smoking/vaping is only allowed in outdoor areas, away from other guests.
NO Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. Due to severe allergies within my family, I cannot accommodate guests with Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) or Service Animals.
Extra Cleaning: Failure to remove all trash and food from unit, refrigerator, & bait freezer and dispose of trash in the designated dumpsters will result in an additional cleaning fee of $200.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests, including infants, is strictly limited to 4 persons. This policy is enforced by the City of Marathon.

Guests must comply with all house rules and occupancy limits. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property.
