We recently stayed at Hotel Fontalleccio and had the pleasure of interacting with Mario, who made our visit truly exceptional. Mario was always ready to assist us, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His knowledge of the island was impressive, and he provided us with excellent guidance on the best places to visit, making our trip even more memorable. Whether it was helping us plan our daily excursions or offering local tips, Mario's warm and attentive service stood out. He is truly an asset to the hotel, and we are grateful for his hospitality.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Clean and comfortable hotel which was an excellent base for the beach nearby. The staff are excellent, very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. We went on two of the free excursions (hiking and snorkelling) provided by the hotel both of which were fantastic thanks to our extremely knowledgeable guide. We reached the hotel from Portoferraio by taxi which cost 35 euros. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we return to Elba.

Awesome stay at Hotel Monna Lisa!

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Monna Lisa on Isola d'Elba. The staff was fantastic - thank you to the two Marias and Michaela! They accommodated us when we were unable to stay on the third floor (because of the steps; their is no elevator.) The room was clean and supplies were plentiful. We also enjoyed the one of our best meals in Italy at the hotel restaurant on the last day of our stay. The breakfast was tasty but it would have been nicer to have fresh made coffee from a person, rather than the automatic machine. The hotel was convenient to the beach and the small town of Procchio. The staff was helpful and informative about the island. We really had a lovely, lovely stay. Grazie mille!

hotel Monnalisa ti troverai bene

Ho alloggiato al Monnalisa hotel per due notti dal 6 al 8 settembre assieme a mio marito ,ottima posizione vicino ha una bella spiaggia sabbiosa ,in una zona molto servita ma tranquilla.Abbiamo ricevuto un ottima accoglienza ,la camera anche se la più piccola è con un arredamento non proprio nuovissimilo era allegra pulita e non mancava di nulla .Ottima colazione a buffe con dolce e salato .Le tre sorelle che ci lavorano non ostante la giovane età sono molto eficenti e premurose.Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Un albergo dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel una notte in una camera singola sufficientemente spaziosa. Il personale alla reception e in sala è molto cordiale e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ottima la colazione, soprattutto la torta fatta da loro. In camera non ricevevo il segnale WI-FI.

Grazioso hotel nella baia di Procchio

Ha il parcheggio privato, molto competenti e molto educati al check inn che quando siamo ripartiti e molto presenti quando esci e ritorni in hotel nel ristorante si mangia molto bene camerieri di grande qualità, la Camera era piccola però per me i mio bambino andava bene è confortevole accogliente e pulita consigliato

L'hotel è paragonabile ad un 2 stelle in stile anni '80, se non si considera l'aria condizionata ed il TV led. Il prezzo pagato non è giustificabile. Il personale è sempre stato cortese e disponibile.
