Excellent hotel
It was perfect and clean and good service. I like it . Just if you have back pain or joints pain its not suitable for you because you need to use too much stairs, stairs to reach the hotel, and stairs to the reception, and stairs for the room ,, i think its mardin like this because its old city,

Mr. Veysel, property manager did excellent job during our stay. what a great welcoming, definitely it will be my favorite hotel to say when i visit to mardin. It was extremely clean, quiet and safe place to stay.

Konumu bulmak hoteli aramadan imkansız. Oda soğuktu. Kahvaltı standart. Biraz ucuza kaçılmış. Kahvaltı yerinde çalışan personeller gayet ilgliydi. Diğer odayı tutan arkadaşım çift kişilik odanın küçük ve yine soğuk olduğunu belirtti. Ücreti baya pahalı kaldı.

Memnun kaldık.
Bizi güzel bir şekilde ağırladılar ve genel olarak memnun kaldık. Ancak konumu, tahmin ettiğimizden çarşıya biraz daha uzaktı. Kahvaltısı standarttı ve gayet yeterliydi, fakat yöresel ürünler de eklenmiş olsaydı daha iyi olabilirdi. Aralık ayının ortasında, fırtınalı bir dönemde gittik. Odalarda klima bulunuyor ve ekstra yorgan talep ettiğimizde hemen getirdiler, sağ olsunlar. Sifon bir kez çalışmadı; 15 dakika sonra sorun çözüldü. Sanırım depodan su aldı!

Veysel bey ve Hakan bey çok ilgililerdi sağ olsunlar. Otopark konusunda çok yardımcı oldular, gezilecek yerlere dair bir liste önerdiler. Odalarımız tertemizdi ve ısı sorunu yoktu. Konumu 1.caddenin sonunda diyebiliriz. Kahvaltısı beklentimin çok çok üzerindeydi. İnanılmaz memnun kaldık dışarıda belki böyle lezzetli kahvaltı yapamayız. Buraya yolu düşen tüm çevreme öneririm çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Yeni açılmış bir işletme. Konumu çok güzel manzarası harika. Çarşıya yakın ama çarşı içinde değil arabayla otel yakınına kadar gidilebiliyor. Bu bizim için avantajdi gürültü olmadan dinlenmiş olduk 😊 yeni olmasına rağmen herşey düşünülmüş ve teknoloji müşteri lehine kullanılmış. Otel sahibi ve personel çok güler yüzlü yardimseverdi. Yine gitsek burayı tercih ederiz. Tertemiz missler gibiydi teşekkürler minessa
