The Deck offers guests the chance to relax in a stunning, serene rural setting close to both the beach (10mins) and town attractions. The stylish 3 x 2 home is situated on two and a half acres of prime land bordered by tall timbers and wildlife. Take the walk/ cycling path to town centre or the beach. We wont usually meet our guests but are always available to help. We live locally.

A short ten minute walk to Cape Mentelle vineyard offering seasonal outdoor movies, tours and wine tasting.

Take the walk/ cycling path to town centre or the beach.

Car is best if staying here at The Deck. You are located about half way between the beach and town less than five minutes to either.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are collected on Monday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Sunday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.

Great getaway
Fabulous getaway, totally peaceful and tranquil yet close enough to vineyards and Margaret River town is only 10 mins away with winery 15 mins away. Most toilet amenities are provided except toothbrush, toothpaste and shower cap. Only rain shower is provided so bring your own shower cap. Kitchen is very well equipped. Spaces are generous and living room has a lovely fireplace to keep us warm. Car is required to move around in Margaret river, Driving back to accommodation at night is a bit stressful as surroundings are in pitch darkness as in most places in Margaret River. Communication with Jarrod and team was easy.

The place was great! We sat on the deck in the evening surrounded by kangaroos and listening to the birds. It is located very close to Margaret River and all it has to offer.

Wonderful home
This is one of the best Stayz homes we have stayed in. The location was fabulous, the home was warm and cozy for our winter stay. Beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you would need. Highly recommend this property.

Great House - Perfect Location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The house was well set up and we really appreciated having a wood fire for our Winter stay. The property is well situated both to town and to a range of places to eat, wineries, distilleries, breweries and activities for the kids. The setting was lovely and we enjoyed the morning visits by the kangaroos and the regular visits from the local bird life. We all agree that we would stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

Wonderful stay in Margaret River.
This was a delightful house in the most wonderful setting . As a family of 6 with toddlers we loved sitting on the deck listening to the magpies and other birds. Friendly kangaroos always around. Beautiful, well equipped and relaxing. Perfect. We will be back! Thank-you Steve and Tina Shirley B

Great property, very well laid out with all the amenities you could want. Beautiful location with wildlife on your doorstep, whilst only a few minutes from Margaret River town. Tina & Stephen were extremely helpful and made our stay a very memorable one. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Cosy yet spacious
Very pleased with this fair priced gem! The build of the property is very good, with quality fittings and overall layout design. The location is ideal for us as is rural enough to be an escape, but still close enough to town for a long walk in, or short ride. Will return again, unless an absolute bargain is found elsewhere, when looking for a house down south. Thanks to Steve and Tina for a faultless booking experience also.

Fantastic Property
This was our4th time staying at The Deck. The property is in a great location surrounded by nature with kangaroos just outside your door most mornings and afternoons. The property is always cleaned to a high standard and has a great layout. Already booked againfor next year!

Amazing property in a brilliant location
We can thoroughly recommend The Deck. It was perfect for our family and ideally located for all the amenities Margaret River has to offer. Our hosts went above and beyond for us, going so far as to deliver a power adaptor when I mentioned that we'd forgotten ours! We hope to visit the area again soon and would have no hesitation in booking with our hosts again.
