the weekend was good. Only real complaint was the "elephants" walking around and a dog barking above us. Sounded like it was left unattended.

Good clean modern hotel. A few issues with our room but it was no big deal. Frt desk was basic. Like a robot. Was she AI? "Hello, cc for deposit, rooms down the hall." Something along those lines, not word for word. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Breakfast attendant on Sat was great. Very friendly and helpful. Great attitude for that early in the morning. She helped people with disabilities to their table.

This is a newer hotel which I liked. Just a short walk to a nice beach and across from Walmart for any snacks, etc. Staff was very friendly.

Great hotel. Very clean! Grounds and decor were very nice. Lots of amenities and a great, free breakfast. Location was great, within walking distance to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Unfriendly front desk agent
I liked the hotel but the first person that I dealt with at the front desk neglected to tell me that I had to recheck in and get new keys when I added an additional night. I walked right past her and was laden down with bags and didn't find out that my room key didn't work until I was at my room which was at the extreme far end of the hallway. I had to go back to the front desk and she said, "Oh, you're in room 333 - here's your new key."

The customer service was exceptional! From the front desk to housekeeping, it was so pleasant to see that the staff truly cared about customer satisfaction. I ran into a little problem and found Carolina from housekeeping and she went above and beyond to help us clean a little mess I created on accident as I was entering my room.
