Nice little house, good location but a bit overpriced
The house was nice although small, the service was great, with attention to the details. We Recommend max 4 persons and should be someone ok sharing the 2 available bedrooms - we had two teens with us one of each gender and they were not ok to share a room.
The neighbor decided to renovate his house during most of the weekend, which was annoying. We understand that this year has been special due to C19, but if it is ok to renovate during summer as opposed to normal, then that should be reflected in both price and house description. Further on the price - although, location relative to the sea is great, then it’s still our evaluation having rented houses other places around the world (Provence, Tuscany, San Diego, Indonesia etc.) that the price for this house was to high.
Pets are not allowed yet for those who has a child with strong allergies towards cats, there is a cat that roams the lot and sleeps in the furniture on the balcony. There is quite strong wind (sea breeze) on this side of Sevid, so for those who doesn’t appreciate such, then the other side of the small Sevid peninsula can be recommended.
But other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and the surrounding towns of Primosten, Rogoznica etc are worth a visit offering a much larger variety of shops, restaurants etc. Thanks.
