Conveniently located hotel and clean room, very friendly folks at the front desk and housekeeping. Appreciate them. I feel the sound insulation between rooms needs to be addressed seriously. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and I could hear people talking disturbingly loud after midnight. At breakfast, what was supposed to be scrambled eggs did look like that and didn’t taste like eggs either. That was the first time ever, I couldn’t eat “scrambled eggs” at all; although, it’s what I always have in the mornings almost at all hotels as in U.S., so as abroad. Maybe, it was not my lucky day for that at BW in Gas City. ;) I wish the hotel to closely look into quality and variety of breakfast.

Front desk gals were cheerful and friendly. However, the management has cut corners- no daily room service, not super clean (hair on floor, stopped up sink), bed mattress super old and saggy. Sad. With a few raised standards, this would be an excellent place, as the employees are seemingly quite ready to jump higher!

Front desk/staff was very helpful. Had the presidential suite for 4 nights. The room was decent, but the jacuzzi tub did not work properly. Also had to request multiple extra blankets, because the ones on the beds were paper thin. Pillows were terrible. Overall not a bad stay, just cost a LOT of money for what we had.

I felt they could have come in and made the beds for our 2nd night . Left fresh towels. Our dog was with us as we were visiting family. Very disappointed to come back to unmade beds & no fresh towels
