This hotel is in a great neighborhood for Disneyland Paris and offers great transportation to and from. The staff was extremely rude upon checking in and for two days in a row people were banging on my door early in the morning. I forgot to place the do not disturb and the cleaning lady was banging so hard that it woke me up, I went to the door and apologized for not placing the sign up and said that I would get it. She stared at me and when I went to grab the sign she lit her foot there to keep the door open. She didn’t leave until I placed the sign there. (Awkward ) Then I asked for more towels because they only gave us 3 for 5 people checking in and she said that she’d give us more towels but I need to give her the dirty ones? Keep in mind that we just checked in the night before…. The next day (sign was up) some man was banging on my door again saying that I was late for checkout when I answered I explained we weren’t checking out until the following day and he argued a bit until I went to get my paperwork and then he left. Our room ran out of toilet paper (5 people 1 roll 3 nights ) and I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get one roll handed to me. There were no phones in the room to contact anyone so there’s that too. Food is slim, kitchen opened at 6 pm with no other food options except a vending machine that was out of absolutely everything. My thoughts are great location to Disneyland but when traveling with kids I need food options and customer service.

Careful of car park prices
The hotel was okay, incredibly basic, no coffee or tea facilities, no fridge in room, one very flat pillow and despite a sign saying to ask for more pillows they would only give us 2 extra for the room even though there was 4 of us. Breakfast was diabolical, so overcrowded as there was no timeslots so was basically a free for all and we had to do continuous laps of the restaurant to even find a table, pastries we're okay but the hot food options were freezing cold. We stayed 5 minutes away at staycity in March and whilst it is a little bit more expensive it's worth it for the organisation and general manners of staff. The parking has no advertised pricing but found on the website that it is 15euro for 24 hours if you booked through a third party hotel provider, however it failed to mention it is a barrier system that resets every time you leave so we ended up spending way more due to paying every time we left and returned to car park.

The property was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel was ideal when looking for somewhere to sleep and where you will spend little time. We did find it quite a noisy hotel in terms of hearing people in the rooms above/below/next to us and doors constantly slamming.

The hotel is quite basic but clean and has everything you need if like us you as using as a base for disney and paris. Breakfast was really nice and the food served in an evening was quite reasonable. Really do not recommend using the shuttle buses!!! As they also pick up at 4 other hotels (this is the last pick up) which means they are absolutely rammed!! The experience was horrendous! My 70year old mum was pushed over as we tried to board, i was pushed with my toddler in my arms and my 7 year old son was almost smothered after a couple got on even though there was no more space and then the woman if tge couple placed her arm right against my sons face - he then spent the entire journey crying as he was so scared! Was everyman for himself as there is no queueing system in place (unlike the bus stops in disney world) so there as literally 100s of people trying to cram on. Is an accident waiting to happen and i dread to think what would have happened if the bus had crashed. I spoke to the manager at the hotel to voice my concerns and he was very unbothered by the whole thing. Literally shrugged his shoulders, was looking at other guests and not listening and told me they would need security for queue?? Really not good customer service! Would recommend just paying the €10-€15 uber costs.

Affordable hotel near Disneyland Paris. We really liked that they had rooms for our family of 5. The room itself was small and basic, but was all we needed since we were at Disneyland Paris the whole day. Free breakfast was included - very simple. Egg and potato quiche and English baked beans were the only hot entrees. Everything else was bread, croissant, pain chocolat. Juice and coffee included. The shuttle to Disneyland came every 15 minutes, but was shared between 2 to 5 other hotels. It fills up fast, they should add more shuttles. Even during check out time, the lines were long as the bus was filled with people AND luggage. One night after Disneyland, we just paid 2 euros per person to take the public transportation back to the hotel because the line for the shuttle was long. The bus stop is a 4 min walk to the hotel. Would consider staying here again if we were on a budget, but may consider splurging on a Disney hotel within walking distance next time, especially with our young kids.

Great breakfast, terrible room
breakfast buffet was quite good and shuttle service was sufficient room smelled stale, and sometimes smelled like cigarette smoke. no ability to control heat/AC/fan in the room, it is centrally controlled. mold along the wall in one corner, from the ceiling to the bed. fuzzy, thick mold on the shower door hinges. Ceiling paint is peeling, due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom and room.
