For the price this was a superb 1 night stop in an commercial area out of town. The bistro next door was surprisingly good. Breakfast was included and the bed very comfortable. The best two star hotel I have ever stayed in. Well done to all.

Skip this place & stay at Campanile across street
Skip this place and stay at the Campanile across the parking lot. We made a mistake in our booking that we discovered within an hour and needed to move our reservation from a Friday night to a Thursday. Ibis refused to accommodate this small change, even though we discovered it within an hour for a reservation more than a week away. Certainly our mistake and yes a non-refundable reservation but it couldn’t have possibly affected the hotel and charging us the full amount instead of allowing us to move the reservation one day forward is ridiculously bad customer service. Instead, we stayed at the Campanile across the way. Customer service at Campanile was great, the lobby had a cute Moroccan theme and the hotel is one turn further around the roundabout, meaning it’s quieter than the Ibis. Skip the Ibis and go to Campanile

A simple short-stay option
This is a basic hotel chain - no frills, but clean and simple. Not perhaps for a long stay but for a night or two it was just right. We aere passing by, taking a local festival and going on to visit family in a gîte, so something clean and comfortable was what we needed. The bed was large adn very comfortable, the WiFi worked and the shower was excellent.

Catastrophique ++++ Jamais vu ça !
Nous sommes arrivés en dehors des horaires habituels et avions prévenu à l'avance que nous souhaitions régler avec des chèques vacances. Malgré cela, nous avons été contraints de payer par CB le soir même pour accéder à notre chambre. De plus, la literie du lit en hauteur était tachée d'urine, bien que le reste de la literie ait été confortable. Cependant, les problèmes ont vraiment commencé le lendemain matin. Le petit déjeuner, censé être servi jusqu'à 10h30, n'était pas adapté au nombre de clients présents. À 9h, il n'y avait plus du tout de tasses, bols, verres, petites cuillères ni couteaux. Nous avons dû attendre que d'autres voyageurs rendent leurs plateaux sales pour pouvoir utiliser des ustensiles tout juste rincés sous le robinet. Nous avons également dû réclamer de l'eau pour le thé, le remplacement des jus de fruits en panne, du café (qui était finalement gratuit au distributeur de l'entrée car la machine à café était hors service), et du lait. Il n'y avait ni brioches, ni pain de mie, ni pâte à tartiner, ni confiture. Vu la qualité de service, il aurait été un minimum d’offrir le petit déjeuner, compte tenu que nous avons dû nous contenter de thé, de café lyophilisé et de deux tartines de pain beurré en l'absence de Nutella. Je suis très déçue par la qualité de service, et sans un retour pour compenser ces désagréments, je saurai diffuser mon expérience autour de moi!
