Wonderful stay.
Lovely Riad. Close to Palais Bahia. Great staff. So helpful and kind. Went out of their way to celebrate my daughter’s birthday when we were there. Beautiful inside. Lovely roof top terrace. Pool looked lovely but didn’t use it. No alcohol. No tea/coffee maker in the bedroom. Breakfast was so good! Loved the food and the very good suggestions. Great Atlas trip. We also enjoyed the nearby Culinary Museum for a fabulous cooking class. Nicely located to easily walk into souks but a peaceful paradise to step back from hectic pace of a souk experience. Would absolutely recommend Anika!!!

We so enjoyed our stay at Ksar Anika! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. They even sent us to the airport with a lite lunch as well as small sample of their shampoo and body wash. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

What a wonderful stay!
What a wonderful stay! Due in no small part to the staff. They are the friendliest people, and nothing is too much to ask of them. Any problems at all, just mention it to the staff and they would go above and beyond to make it right. The breakfast was excellent everyday. Again, if you want anything different or changing just ask and the staff will make it happen! The spa isn’t a separate space, just as a warning if looking for a ‘typical’ spar experience (UK based reviewer). Only a short walk into the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, we would stay here again!

Peaceful and beautiful
This is a beautiful riad! The rooms are spacious clean and the bed is very comfortable. During my stay I had a slight problem with the bathroom and it was handled quickly and professionally. The breakfast is delicious! It is a set menu and they just bring you copious amounts of foods to eat. The only issue with the breakfast is that it doesn't start until 8:00 so if you want an early start of the day, that's not possible. I would highly recommend this hotel not only because it's beautiful but because the staff are amazing.

Fantastic stay. We had such a good time and the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived until the time we left everyone was so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were perfect. Great location too, it was just on the outskirts of the Medina so taxis could get there. It was a 10 min walk to the souks and palace.

Lovely Riad. Beautiful rooms. Fantastic service. Very clean. Covered courtyard. Very large roof terrace. Excellent location in walking distance of everything. Description on Hotels.com a bit misleading. Does not have any room service and does not serve any alcohol. Not really a problem for me, but worth pointing out to other potential guests.

We had an amazing stay, and were sad to leave. Everyone from the front staff, waiters, cleaning personnel, etc were all so pleasant and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Our flight in was delayed and we arrived at 11pm; we prearranged transport via the hotel shuttle for $22 (each way) - he was so friendly and helpful with suggestions and bits of info about Marrakech, local life, and the culture. Check in was a breeze, and I liked that they held room keys for us while we were out and about exploring the city and shops. Every morning we were served a huge breakfast that varied slightly day-to-day: fresh fruits, yogurt, assortment of breads, lentils, made to order omelettes, fresh squeezed juice, and cappuccinos! Service was super attentive and just plain awesome - huge shoutout to Mohammed, who is THE best. Our room was cleaned daily and always turned over nicely with fresh, clean sheets, new towels and bath products, and a large bottle of water and plate of fruits and cookies. I can’t think of any negatives to our stay. Our trip was incredible and I would recommend it to anyone. There’s a small walk from the riad to the hustle and bustle, but it’s pleasant and definitely helps to keep the sound down at night, so I saw this as a perk! Thank you to the entire staff - you are wonderful!

Can't fault this Riad at all. Staff were super friendly, the entire place was cleaned thoroughly daily and the location was great to walk into the old town. The shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathrooms feels super luxurious! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Marrakesh.
