We were so pleased with Riad Eloise and the amazing staff. We can’t thank Alain and the staff enough for not only making sure we were comfortable and taken care of, but going above and beyond. They even fixed my wall plug that stopped working during the trip without me asking. The room was great and had AC. We enjoyed the breakfast and the scenic views from the rooftop. The host made sure to give us lots of information about Marrakesh and places to visit. We would definitely recommend this place as female-friendly (we were 2 girls and felt very safe). Would definitely come back.

The Riad is a diamond find which was made extra special because of the kindness and help we received from Abdel. He went out of his way to help us and make our stay in Marrakech enjoyable. The decor in the Riad is beautiful and all the staff are polite and friendly. The authentic breakfast was delicious and Abdel even got up early to prepare breakfast when we had to leave early for our flight. Everyone needs an Abdel in their life. Thanks Heidi & Si

5 Nights at the Eloise
We had a lovely stay at the traditional Riad Eloise. With only 9 rooms and down a hidden back street (as all the Riads seem to be in the Medina) we had a beautiful room with a comfortable four poster bed and a great Shower / ensuite. From the moment we arrived Alain (the Riad owner) sat us down with a map and gave us solid advice on finding what we needed. The Riad is located over 4 floors I think. Definitely not suitable for anyone with access difficulties, but if you are able the quirky steps all the way to the rooftop, offer you a great sunset view in the evenings. Alcohol is a question we kept asking google about when we were looking to stay somewhere. However, there was no problem with this at all at Riad Eloise. Alain had bottles of wine and beer and would provide them upon request 22 Euros for a bottle of wine and a small beer was about 4 Euros. There is a little pool on the ground floor of the Riad, but I think this is more of a feature rather than a pool to use. We could of used it, but didn't. The breakfast was delightful. Near enough the same thing every morning, with a slight variation on the types of bread and cakes. But basically, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, fresh yoghurt and fresh fruit, followed by breads and spreads. If we go back to Marrakech, we will definitely use Riad Eloise. Thank you Alain and your team for a great stay.

My family of 5 stayed in this breathtaking Riad June 26th - June 30th 2021.it was amazing felt like we were in paradise. The overall feeling you get is like a spa feeling even the birds in the morning singing for you. It was a slice of paradise. The owner Alain went above and beyond for my family. My son with Autism was included in everything and Alían was Awsome dealing with a special needs guest. Even had treats of candy for my son. In the morning you are greeted by a fresh homemade beautiful breakfast. My family had the most relaxing amazing 4 days in this diamond in the rough hidden Gem. I highly recommend this Riad to everyone who wants a great experience. My family will definitely be going back ❤️❤️

Alain and Anima are very friendly and helpful hosts. We had a cooking class with Anima which was fun and interesting as we shopped in her local market. We had a standard room which is very small (barely room for one suitcase). We would suggest a larger room if you plan to stay more than 1 night. Mattress could be improved with a topper. The rooftop terrace is comfortable to spend a quiet afternoon or evening. Lovely little Riad but could use a little TLC. A little out of the way but we felt safe enough.

La présence des propriétaires sur place pour nous accueillir, répondre à nos besoins ou encore nous guider dans la découverte de Marrakech, voire aussi pour soutenir son personnel quotidiennement, fait toute la différence du Riad Eloise sur les autres hébergements de ce type. On apprécie leur soucis du détail qui rend un séjour confortable comme si on était à la maison. Sans oublier de souligner l'attention portée à l'entretien de cette belle demeure originale, rénovée avec soins et respect pour le patrimoine bâti, pour qu'elle traverse le temps.

Alain et son équipe ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Le Riad est très bien placé pour visiter Marrakech. La chambre bleue était très confortable et les terrasses nous ont permis de nous poser confortablement entre deux sorties. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ! 20/20 :)

Merveilleux séjour au coeur de la medina
Nous avons posé nos bagages quelques jours dans le riad d'Alain qui dès notre arrivée nous a mis à l'aise: accueil avec un thé et partage de toutes les bonnes adresses et choses à faire. L'endroit est calme, reposant, et parfaitement situé, à proximité des souks, et à une vingtaine de minutes de marche de la Place Jemaa El Fna et du Jardin Majorelle. Le riad est un oasis de fraicheur au coeur de la medina, disposant de plusieurs endroits pour s'apaiser et de reposer (le salon, la terrasse, le toit avec transats et hamacs). Le petit déjeuner est une belle surprise: copieux, avec des produits frais et faits maison, un délice avant d'entamer sa journée dans la belle ville de Marrakech. Merci pour votre accueil (Alain, Abdel et tous les autres membres de l'équipe) chaleureux, nous reviendrons!

LE RYAD OU IL FAUT SEJOURNER
Si vous allez à Marrakech c'est ICI qu'il faut aller ! Un endroit paisible calme dans la Médina qui vous transportera dans un autre monde. Un accueil fantastique un service irréprochable. Quel bonheur ce petit déjeuner fait maison tous les matins un vrai régal. Nous remercions Alain pour son humour, sa gentillesse, son dévouement, ses bonnes adresses... (surtout celle du SPA-HAMMAM où j'ai passé presque 4 heures à me faire dorloter) ainsi que l'ensemble de son équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour. Je ne comprends pas qu'on puisse critiquer un tel endroit, dans ce cas on reste chez soi. Toute l'équipe est toujours aux petits soins. Pour rien au monde je n'échangerai pour un hotel 5 étoiles ! Alain Aïcha Abdel encore une fois un grand MERCI pour ce séjour que vous avez rendu merveilleux. Vous êtes rares et précieux je vous souhaite toute la réussite que vous méritez amplement. Je ne sais pas de quoi l'avenir sera fait mais si je reviens à Marrakech c'est chez vous que je retournerai.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours avec notre fille de 10 ans dans ce Riad idéalement situé à Marrakech. De l’accueil au confort de la chambre, en passant par la qualité des repas pris sur place: tout était nickel!
