My stay was a dream. Conveniently located in the old medina, walking distance to Jardin Secret, El Bacha Cafe and Museum, Koutobia Mosque… you can walk everywhere. The Riad is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff attention to details was incredible, Marwam and Ahmed will make sure your stay is perfect. All the staff were very nice and accomodating. It felt like home away from home. Thank you for the hospitality❤️.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the Riad felt very safe. It was very hot when we were there and would have preferred the pool to be on the rooftop for some reprieve from the heat and hustle of the Medina.

Good Riad in central location
Nice Riad right in the Medina. It’s a little hard to find, so you should have someone at the Riad pick you up to lead the way, otherwise you might get lost. Good central location though and the staff are friendly and helpful. The AC in my room didn’t work and it got very hot, but otherwise no complaints.

The Riad was beautiful, perfectly in the heart of the Medina. Our only reservation with the property was that a lot of amenities advertised do not actually exist. Things such as a bar on site were not really present at all. The property had a fridge from which you could be supplied with drinks at your request, which were of course charged at the end of the stay. The building being as old as it is had very little sound proofing so you could often hear everything that was going on. Hospitality wise, everything was perfect and we were made to feel more than welcome. The roof terrace was great and the room was full of character. It is worth noting too that the riad is essentially two riads attached to one another. This caused us a bit of confusion when looking at pictures online.

Absolutely loved my time at the riad and wish I could have stayed for longer! The interior is extremely spacious with beautiful traditional decor. Although there was a small technical error on the day of my check-in, Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay. The rest of the staff and housekeeping were all extremely kind as well.

Perfect location
Great experience staying at this Riad! All of the staff were very accommodating and took care of all our needs. They met us by the taxi at night to make sure we made it to the hotel! The hotel is right inside the Medina. If you are coming to Marrakech we definitely recommend staying here! The food was really good!

The Riad was lovely and the staff could not do enough to help us booking and phone up places. The food was excellent and struggled to find resturants in the Madena that were as good quality food.

The riad is on the outskirts before entering the Medina so convenient to walk & see the sites. The riad has been restored to a high standard retaining all the original features & charm. Patrick & staff especially Marwan, Khalid & Jiba's hospitality were the highlight. Please note as with majority of riads, the taxis won't come to the entrance so be prepared to have short walk. Also take the hotel option of taxi transfer & try to arrive during daylight.

A Cozy Retreat in the Heart of Marrakech
Our sojourn at Riad Les Trois Palmiers El Bacha was truly delightful, providing a charming escape in the heart of Marrakech. In the pleasant late Autumn weather, the riad offered a serene haven amidst the lively surroundings. Ahmed, our gracious host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. From guiding us through the labyrinthine streets of Marrakech to expertly navigating parking, Ahmed's thoughtful assistance set the tone for our visit. His personalized touch was evident in the wonderful restaurant recommendations he shared, each culinary experience a highlight of our Moroccan adventure. Our stay included two breakfasts, one of which Ahmed arranged early to accommodate our early departure. The traditional Moroccan fare served was not only delicious but also a testament to the riad's commitment to providing a memorable experience for its guests. The evenings in late Autumn were pleasant, and the riad's comfortable atmosphere provided a welcome retreat. Ahmed's warm welcome with a cup of tea upon our arrival created a sense of home away from home. His engaging conversations, rich with insights into Moroccan culture, made our stay even more special. In summary, Riad Les Trois Palmiers El Bacha, with Ahmed as the standout host, offers a charming and hospitable retreat in Marrakech. While our stay may not have been the most extravagant, the combination of Ahmed's exceptional service and the riad's cozy atmosphere made it an unforgettable experience.
