This is actually my first review ever but it feels like this is necessary. The riad is really lovely, a beautiful place in a side corner of the medina, you can park around 5min away outside the medina. Perfect.
Unfortunately, there is a couple of hastles which are unacceptable. First, this place sells more of its rooms than what it actually has. That leads to us and ALL of the people who stayed in the hotel at the same time than us not receiving the room they have booked at the beginning. We had to stay in a much smaller room than what we booked, without the amenities that were booked. The hotel manager even said that that is because the hotel allows bookings on several booking sites for the same room without being noticed if it is sold.
Also, there is no wifi in every room and the shower makes the whole bathroom wet.
On top, we weren't told that breakfast is only until 10am. When arriving at 10.30, the hotel manager first said that we dont get anything anymore. Then, he said agreed. But when we asked to have the breakfast on the beautiful roof top terrace as the day before we had to carry the breakfast 3 floors up ourselves.
At the end, the hotel manager didn't care at all anymore, went totally impolite.
Pretty unusual and unpleasant stay in total although this place could be perfect.
