Staff was very nice. The room was nice and clean, perfect if you arrive at the train station late like we did. The breakfast was wonderful too, lots of options. Would stay there again.

Hotel staff pick and choose when they speak English and when they suddenly don’t. Security could care less about protecting guests/the facilities. The rooms themselves are in desperate need of repair. Stains on the walls and floors. Black mold in the shower. Overall, terrible. Find a different hotel.

Une nuit si bruyante à l'hôtel
Durant notre 2e nuit, il y avait des personnes(5 à 6 personnes)qui parlaient très fort au dessous de notre fenêtre qui donnait sur la terrasse, et ceci a duré de minuit à 6h30 du matin, même ils ont joué du basket. Le réceptionniste nous a donné cette chambre près de la terrasse en sachant probablement qu'il y avait une réservation avec des jeunes ce soir là, le lendemain, on lui en a parlé et, pour seule réponse, il nous a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas les contrôler, on aurait dû aller parler au superviseur pendant la nuit. Une nuit sans sommeil dans une si belle ville, c'est vraiment dommage et nous sommes très déçus de l'hôtel pour ne pas être intervenu.

The space was welcoming, room comfortable, and breakfast delicious! I was at the hotel at a difficult time. My husband was in the hospital with a broken hand and hip. The staff bent over backwards to help in any way possible from helping with a great deal of luggage to calling taxies and being sure the driver understood my needs. I will be forever grateful for their care and concern.
