The space was welcoming, room comfortable, and breakfast delicious! I was at the hotel at a difficult time. My husband was in the hospital with a broken hand and hip. The staff bent over backwards to help in any way possible from helping with a great deal of luggage to calling taxies and being sure the driver understood my needs. I will be forever grateful for their care and concern.

Only good thing about the property was the location near the train station. The internet was non existent in our room, air conditioning was very noisy, this was the worst place of the seven we booked on the trip. Breakfast was sketchy(eggs were a grainy powdered concoction) . Room was tiny I expected far better from Holiday Inn as I have stayed in others.

The safe in our room was broken and even though they promised to fix it, they never did. Breakfast was pretty good, though they were constantly running out of silverware, plates, etc. Not a show-stopper, but they seemed to be a little behind. They had really great goose neck reading lights on both sides of the bed, but the wattage was so low it was impossible to use them to read. They are right across the street from the train station and the whole area is bustling all the time. It isn't the finest part of town, but we felt totally safe.

Very friendly staff. Nice, clean room. The only complaint would be being woken up in the middle of the night by the air conditioning unit making a constant clanging sound. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Practical and nice
Super convenient directly across Fare St Charles snd two Metro lines. Two metro stops or 20 min walk to Old Port. Lots of places to eat as well. Nice breakfast, nice rooms, luggage storage.

Convenient location, fresh decor, good sound insulation, good buffet breakfast. Being handy for a mainline station, however, brings the usual issues these places attract: vagrants and dodgy characters, but the hotel itself is excellent value.
