So I reserved the "Titan" cabin not realizing that it didn't have its bathroom, so it's on us. But the next day the manager actually contacted me to state that the "Titan" was double-booked, and he was willing to upgrade our cabin for the same price, and we were glad. Two days prior to the trip, we called the lodge/resort to confirm our reservation, but no one answered the phone, so I left a voicemail, but no on returned our call. When we arrived the evening of the check-in date, we were told that the manager had put us back in to the "Titan" without notifying us. I guess the manager didn't feel obliged to hold to his commitment to upgrade our room. So we attempted to pay via CC, but their phone line was so bad that they could not make the charge, and we ended up paying cash. The Titan turned out to be a tiny bit larger than my tool shed, probably 12 x 12, and with the queen bed in there, there was not enough room to even walk. The bathrooms are across the road, and even though acceptable for campers, are a huge inconvenience when you have to go in the middle of the night. Being that it was already evening, we decided to stay for the night and go down to Panguitch the next day. The restaurant on the grounds is a convenience, but the food is so so and the price is HIGH! Overall, I would recommend staying in Panguitch.
However, kudos to the staff who went out of their way to make us comfortable with what little resources afforded them.
