Welcome to our Marrysville retreat, a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and event hosting, situated just under 3 acres on the desirable Falls Road. Nestled at the base of Lake Mountain, this charming property is ideal for those looking to explore the great outdoors or enjoy a peaceful getaway.

Our spacious home features an open-plan living area with a cozy lounge equipped with a split system and electric heater. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a large pantry, making meal preparation a delightful experience. There are three queen bedrooms, with the master suite offering a walk-through dressing room and ensuite bathroom.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy the expansive backyard, complete with lush lawns, a rainforest area, and a creek, perfect for barbecues, camping, and relaxing in nature. We offer inflatable tents and air mattresses for 2 to 4 people and can arrange setups for you or provide equipment for DIY camping. Located just 20 minutes from Lake Mountain Alpine Resort, guests can enjoy skiing, tobogganing, and breathtaking winter landscapes. Our guest access is straightforward: receive check-in instructions before arrival, and access the keys from the keysafe at the front door.
