Sunny and Fun Family Cape Cod Vacation Home

Welcome to our beautiful vacation home rental located in Mashpee Neck, Massachusetts.
This spacious and well-appointed property boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, nd a secondary guest kitchenette providing ample space and comfort for your entire group of guests.

The interior of the home is tastefully decorated in a modern coastal style, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light.
The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen , a dining area , and a cozy living room perfect for board games or lounging after a long day at the beach.

The four bedrooms are located on both the upper and lower levels of the home, with the preffered bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub.

The second bedroom features a full sized bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space. There is also a pull out sofa located on the second floor.

Outside, the property boasts a private yard with a spacious deck, perfect for enjoying the beautiful New England weather. There is also a gas grill and outdoor seating, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining and entertaining. Guests will also have access to a large driveway parking for multiple cars, self contained rv's, campers and boats.

Great outdoor space
The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the outdoor space a lot. It had large seating for my family. The teenagers were very disappointed because the house advertised a hot tub and there was not one. I called and they had that removed from the listing. We had a power outage and the jukebox stopped working. The children were a bit upset about that. The only big negative was the issues with the electrical outlets. It obviously did not have enough electricity for the house so you had to unplug the AC units to use a hair dryer or the microwave. There were all kids of power strip all over the place. Maybe an upgrade is necessary. The refrigerator was a bit old and everything froze in it. I lost a bit of produce. Other than that it was a lovely stay

Great Place to Stay!
Great property with separate living space that our teenagers enjoyed having their own “apartment” Large deck with an abundance of comfortable seating. A nice backyard to have a fire. Had a few minor issues which the owner was quick to reply and rectify. A wonderful trip and would definitely return.

The perfect cape rental
My friends and I had the best stay! The house was exactly as shown online. Very clean, awesome backyard, unique juke box and was able to sleep our group very comfortably. Sheryl and Eric were amazing hosts — they were so responsive throughout our whole stay and made sure everything was perfect. Will 100% be renting again.

Absolutely Amazing!
We booked this house for a quick weekend getaway to the Cape and immediately decided to book again this summer for ourselves, in-laws and cousins!! This house has EVERYTHING! The kitchen is fully stocked, the furnishings are beautiful and the porch was perfection! A great bonus feature was the working juke box! I loved the separate living rooms so my kids could play games and hang out while the adults relaxed after a long day at the beach. There was ample space and 3 bathrooms made getting ready for a day out shopping at Mashpee Commons was a breeze.. Check in was very easy and we had a wonderful experience with the owner via text. Highly recommend SeaLaVie and we can’t wait to come back!!
