Hotel location itself is fine. Staff was friendly and accommodating to questions despite languange differences. Only suggestion is to look carefully at map for location relative to JR station. Was only able to see hotel sign after I crossed the street. On a warm and humid day, having to wait to return to the side of the street I was just on was annoying.

This hotel is located across the street from the JR Matsue Station. It's easy to find and conveniently located. It's a fine low cost hotel. Not particularly memorable.

エレベーターが２基あり、2基とも利用が出来ず外出するとき９階から歩いて降りるのが７０代の両親にとっては大変だったと思う。私たちは下りだったから良かったが、大きなトランクを持って上がっている人がいて、戻ったときは動いてて欲しいなと思った。動いていたが、何が原因だったのかエレベーター内にでも表示をして欲しかった。 あとは大変満足です。

大人２人と小学校高学年１名で利用させていただきました。ツインの部屋でしたが、２つのベッドをくっつけて準備してもらったので、３人が寝るのに十分広かったです。部屋は綺麗でしたし、部屋のお風呂とトイレが別々で良かったです。大浴場のお湯が熱めでしたので、子供と一緒にちょっとアツイねっていいながら、ゆっくり慣らしました。松江駅の目の前にあるため、移動に便利でした。
