No cuentan con recepción propia y hacen ir a otro lugar para hacer el check-in, no cuentan con servicio de atención 24 horas cómo te dicen, solo te responde el bot, no te dan toallas ni shampoo para el número de huéspedes que reservas y me tocó ayudar a sus huéspedes para explicarles dónde hacer el Check=in, incluso a unos los tuve que llevar, el lugar es lindo pero necesitan a un responsable del hostal que de la Bienvenida y que esté en atención en todo momento, tuve que comprar toallas para baño porque nadie nos llevo las que se necesitaban y también shampoo y jabón que se supone que lo agregan en la estancia. Espero que puedan mejorar el servicio y atención a sus huéspedes.

Todo estuvo de maravilla solo que el wifi no tenia buena recepción: cuando le pedi al personal que me lo proporcionara me la dieron de mala gana y cuando la tuve no tenia buena señal, ademas que no cuenta con estacionamiento.

Está muy linda, los cuartos limpios y adecuados para lo que se necesita Súper cerca del centro y alrededor hay tiendas y restaurantes, puedes moverte caminando

El lugar es cómodo, está bien ubicado y por el precio creo que vale la pena, el único inconveniente es que nosotros esperábamos servici de limpieza y cambio de toallas ya que nos hospedamos por dos noches y eso no sucedió.
