Resort was nice but I would never stay again because of Joes Oyster bar. It’s right next door to the resort and they play insanely loud music till 4:30am!!! It’s unbelievably loud. I know this isn’t coming from the resort but something should be done about it. Being kept up till 4:30 at night is miserable. There are also too many sales folk on the beach and way too many mariachos. They are constantly on the beach and also playing loud music. Forget listening to the ocean or reading a book on the beach. Would not stay again. The service is good as long as if you give hefty tips every meal. You don’t tip they won’t even offer you coffee.

Beauty Beach, delicious food, walk to the Malecon in 5 minutes, restaurants everywhere, taxis at the gate. Everything was too easy! Hotel staff clean the rooms and grounds daily. Buffet was delicious, we didn't need to reserve a restaurant!

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The buffet was okay the restaurant food was a better choice. The coffee cafe was great. It was over crowded, especially in the pool area. several charter buses came in and out through out the week. The hotel also allowed day passes which my have been the reason. We were the only Americans there and seemed like the only ones who tipped, The staff was very grateful. The pool bar said adults only but there were children constantly coming and ordering drinks as well. That was a little frustrating

Everything was great, great staff, service and hotel. Everyone was friendly and very attentive. Hotel was in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. Room was basic but didn’t matter like we were hardly there. Live music on the beach which added to Mexican experience. Would recommend.

Lo que me gustó: - Personal muy amable - Servicio de Limpieza muy rápido - Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien - Muy bien el área de palapas en la playa - Buena y variada comida en los buffetes - El servicio de Bar muy bueno Lo que NO me gustó: - La temperatura de las albercas. Por qué tiene el agua tan caliente ?. No hice uso de ellas por esto - Todo el día hay bandas tocando en la playa, lo cua l lo hace muy ruidoso. Deberían de limitar los horarions

I liked that the hotel is right in front of the beach. You do not have to cross the street to be at the beach. The personal was friendly and the property itself was safe with gates and security watching cars and people that came in and out.

Great location! The beach access from the hotel is a plus! Breakfast was great! I do wish there was an adult pool only since they have a kid pool already. The general pools were full of many kids which is not the best for a couple without kids.
