I like everything about the property the only thing I'm little disapointed is with the staff around the pool,snacks area I stayed 4 days and the first day I was having a drink by the pool and asked to one of the staff guys for a menu he brought one menu to me and left and never came back to ask if we needed something,it wast untill my last day of stay when I was drinking by the beach and I had a group of music playing some songs for me that's when finaly someone from staff came to check and ask what I was drinking and if I needed something,I feel like that's profilng just because they see you young or some they don't like to serve you,meanwhile in the restaurant area avery time we came to eat we had someone asking what are we drinking and checking on us,people in restaurant 10/10,front desk staff 10/10 Btw I stayed all inclusive

Rooms are nice but the “city view” was of dumpsters. If you don’t eat meat, good luck! Same fish every meal and most sides have some sort of pork product in them. Majority of staff was rude (especially the females)and non English speaking. Made it hard to ask for assistance. The women in the coffee shop were so rude I never went back. I will say the men serving at the pool were great, as soon as you tip them. Overall I’m disappointed that the reviews weren’t honest and I paid a lot more because I trusted them.

This is my second time staying at Viaggio. We had a great stay, people are friendly and the service is great. Maybe get the dancers from "Noche Mexicana" a better platform for dancing as the acoustics could be improved. Other than that it was all great, prices for drinks and food are affordable.

The staff are very friendly, pay attention to detail, and are always smiling. The resort was very modern looking and clean. The food was buffet, and was very good with a lot of variety. Unfortunately, we found the resort to be very noisy in the dinning area, around the pools, and on the beach. We went off resort to find quiet places to relax and enjoy a drink or meal.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The food on site is very good! We did not have a single meal that was bad, hats off to the chef’s. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have exercises and activities for kids/adults. The access to the beach is nice and there are lots of vendors roaming the beach. The live bands were also available if you’re interested in that. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Mazatlan.
