When we checked in, there was no toilet paper in the room. The rooms, building, facilities are from the last century. We called front desk and they wanted us to drive the 10 mins, up and down hills, to come pick up the toilet papers. Then they said security will come drop them off, since housekeeping was gone for the day. No one came all night. We called again the next morning, and they didn’t come until 11 am. Also, if you need housekeeping services, you have to pay for it. All the staff is either old, or non-native English speakers, from some impoverished Eastern European country. The coffee maker had left over coffee from the last occupants. The sink and tub have cracks in them. Better to stay at a motel in Harrisonburg, and make the 20 min drive to the slopes or 15 min one to the water park. The water park is small…
The employees were all very friendly, and I had a great time. I received answers to all my questions.

The “hotels” are in need of renovation. The Northern Lights snow tubing was fun but 4 rides in 90 minutes was not good. Especially waiting around in long lines in the cold. They should sell less passes per session, and not overlap sessions. The music was too soft and the lights a little disappointing.
We just returned from Massanutten. Our stay was excellent. We booked a unit that had one bedroom with a kitchen and a small seating area. The unit was clean and well equipped. We used on-site restaurant, bar and snow activities. Everyone was so professional and helpful. When we checked in, Mason at the concierge desk was super helpful and helped us book our activities. He even went out of his way to recommend where to dine within the resort. We would highly recommend ! We also met an employee who worked there for 48 years ! Imagine happy employees, happy customers !

Great property. The timeshare staff are vultures. The pull out sofas are painful but the unit is very clean. Bring any food items you might need as they will charge an arm and leg for them at the resort stores. The water park is top notch and so clean
The price and location were a plus and the condo was pretty roomy. However, the condo did not have comforters on the beds. All they had was these cheap thin throw blankets and just one for each bed. We called to ask for more and we were given 3 additional blankets but because they were so thin we all froze both nights. Pull out couches were decent beds for the kids but were hard as a rock when used as a couch. Cabinets were dusty. Some of the linen was ripped. Kitchen could use more cookware. The parking lot was littered with food trash. Broken eggs on the side walk, beer cans, hamburger buns and literally a rotten banana was thrown on the car next to mine. The upstairs neighbors were either very noisy or the walls were too thin. The kept us up late our first night.
This resort was wonderful. Everything about it was top rate. The condo we stayed in was so nice. A very classy place to stay. We will definitely return.
We stayed at the hotel which I thought was pretty nice very quiet as long as you don’t have neighbors , the walls are NOT sound proof .at times I thought our own door was opening and the bed shook when kids ran in room next door . Everything cost to do there except the pool which was extremely strong of chlorine and not very big. All in all it was ok, id go back during off season. If I were to suggest something it would be to put families with children under 13 in a different building than those not traveling with kids.
Didn’t help with a fire alarm being pulled a little before 5am, check in was a bunch of kids joking around while one of them checked us in. Property looks beautiful, rooms were pretty good, lots of stuff to do, would go back
The stay was ok. There was spider web in the room. They have a weird custom. Housekeeping hangs a bag on your door for replacement of towels... they don't clean or make room. It was bit expensive too. Their market is not far at night. No vending machine in the hotel for emergency water or other stuff.
