Needs update. But good.
The hotel room needs to be updated and a facelift. Otherwise it was a nice room and a good bed. Enjoyed the resorts amenities.

Nice resort, my room was dated, but overall a nice stay.
The property is nice, there is a lot to do at the resort but all the activities are fairly pricey. It is also a timeshare location so even if just trying to stay at the hotel part they try to sell you on timeshare. It’s a little annoying. Our king hotel room “had no availability” so we were upgraded to a condo which meant we were required to strip the bed, pile up all linens, take the trash out, etc etc before check out. Had I realized that I wouldn’t have accepted the “upgrade.” I never leave rooms a mess but had I wanted to be a house cleaner for the day I would have just stayed home.
The room was quiet and clean but very dated. I arrived after dark and thankfully the building my room was in had a gps address or I would have had a very hard time finding it. When I walked into the building my room was in the first thing I saw when I walked in the door was a huge pile of laundry and trash under the stairwell. I probably won't stay here again. Not that I had a bad experience but I think there's better choices in the area.
The property is in major need of renovation. We were staying in hotel 6 the only good thing is the sheets were clean. Sinks cracked, no water pressure in the shower, no microwave in the room and the shared microwave is in a area that erk of mold smell… really not worth the money that we paid. No hand soap in the bathroom, not a single bottle of water in the room…

Great place, wish some things were more inclusive with the stay
When we checked in, there was no toilet paper in the room. The rooms, building, facilities are from the last century. We called front desk and they wanted us to drive the 10 mins, up and down hills, to come pick up the toilet papers. Then they said security will come drop them off, since housekeeping was gone for the day. No one came all night. We called again the next morning, and they didn’t come until 11 am. Also, if you need housekeeping services, you have to pay for it. All the staff is either old, or non-native English speakers, from some impoverished Eastern European country. The coffee maker had left over coffee from the last occupants. The sink and tub have cracks in them. Better to stay at a motel in Harrisonburg, and make the 20 min drive to the slopes or 15 min one to the water park. The water park is small…
