This property was almost unexpected, it does not match the rest of the area. It was strange that my search for stay in St. Augustine lead me here but over all it was a good experience. The property was clean, had lots of amenities and the Staff was friendly.

An okay stay.
The first room a.c. didn't blow hi. The second room a.c. was somewhat better. The breakfast cook was exceptional! The bed did sleep well. The toilet and most of the furniture in the room was far too short.

It was alright. Not bad not good.
It was okay, building isnt in great shape but its clean. Front desk at check in wasn't super friendly, but wasn't directly rude Either. Room was clean, breakfast was really good, and the ladies working breakfast were very sweet. Overall not bad but not great. Would stay again in a pinch. while passing through.

The customer service was superb. They were genuinely kind and did everything they could to accommodate, but not syrupy and fake. I can’t say enough about how every interaction felt like you were talking to a friend who cared. HOWEVER, the hotel is dirty. The first room had a disgusting amount of green soap scum on the shower head and the drain was stopped. We called and our room was switched cause maintenance gets off at 3p. We got the room next door which was super convenient. This room was cleaner, but the bathroom had a faint smell of urine and there was hair and dust in the corners. The couch was dirty. You can tell someone is wiping the rooms down and changing the sheets, but it does not appear anyone does a deep clean. It’s a small town with limited hotels and I imagine limited staff. I won’t be staying here again, but that is not due to the customer service. I really enjoyed the staff.
