The stay was amazing. Love the way the hotel smelled good and was clean. Not on like some other hotel that smell like cigarettes. My one problem was I had to pay for parking, I wish they had incorporated a fee in the hotel billing for parking. I guess the location didn’t have parking.

This hotel is the only one in my decades of experiences with hotels that delivered a blanket and sheets within 15 minutes after i called room service. That shows their service level. The automated elevators meant that we didnt have to share it with others and were very safe. The breakfast that was included was better than most buffet restaurants. We plan to stay here whenever we're back in the DC area instead of the other 4 or 5 star hotels that we usually stay at.

We loved everything about the Watermark. I was a little reluctant to book seeing it was listed as three star property. Upon reading the reviews, photos and location I decided to book the Watermark and couldn’t be more please. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
