I chose this hotel for its convenience to Nortons Brownsboro, we had to be there very early in the morning for surgery. Check in was smooth and everything looked nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was just not cleaned well. The bed skirts were dirty. The chair was dirty. The bathroom floor didn't appear to have been swept and mopped. There was dust in various places. The walls and carpet needed cleaning. There was a stench in the room. When cleaning products are being used regularly, the scent of the cleaning products should fill the air. The air in that room was stinky. This leads me to believe that cleaning products were lacking when this room was being cleaned. Just not a great experience

Fitst night was good, although we didnt get stay over service. I gave up around 2pm and had to get my own towels from the front desk and put Do not disturb sign on the door. The day of our checkout we were greated by the housekeeping staff trying to get in our room before 9am. One knock and she was opening our door! My son (a minor amd on the spectrum) was NOT dressed! Told front desk and they were sorry. It's clean and good for the price. Just make sure to slide lock in place if you don't want uninvited housekeeper in the morning.

My stay @ Courtyard Marriott Louisville Northeast was amazing!! The staff was helpful, attentive and polite. We had a suite, it was nice, cozy and clean. Not to mention, the bed was so comfortable!! Great location . I will return to this hotel for future stays.

It’s okay
It’s an old hotel that is well managed. Friendly staff but my visit had some issues. WiFi iwork with Apple products. I had to call their tech support. Cheap small TV with limited channels. Room key gets easily deactivated when near a cell phone.
