It is great location nearby shopping areas you can do all your shopping without travelling too far.
The workers are helpful. The price you can't beat that, comes with beautiful buffet breakfast delicious.
It was not clean at all and the customer service was poor not nice they don’t even know English and they don’t answer you nicely and in my room there was a cockroach that I booked for three days and I was trying to mail them and call them no one answer me and you won’t believe I spend my nights on a very hard time all night I was scared to the cockroach don’t go in my mouth it doesn’t go in my ear and it was very Dirty and it was not clean at all waste my money.
It is very good place to stay near everything food shopping and most of the 15 minutes walk to haram. Love this place and come next time again. In sha allah.
It was very excellent and amazing experience.Room was very clean and hygienic.reception staff was very cooperative and it was not far from great mosque .I recommend to book this hotel as it is worth for price they offered
Worst place ever seen. Checked out the next day but expedia did not refund the money despite me explaining to Expedia that the hotel did not even have a record of this.
Funny thing is that when I called expedia they said that I should explain to staff about complains and I told expedia, that not a single person in the staff speaks English!
The standard room was not like the photo, and Because hotel was so busy we could not get the room on time. We checked in at 5 or 6 pm. Also during my stay the cleaner has missed cleaning my room. After complaining we get a very effective response from the customer service and they upgraded our room to suite which was very cosy like home.
We stayed there for 5 nights for Umrah and tried our best to ignore things but let me tell you that we got only 3 room cleanings (on request), left without toilet rolls and towels for 3 days. washrooms were not clean and need repairs. There is NO INTERNET at all. Not even in the lobby so we ended up paying for mobile internet packages. They don't provide drinking water. No tea. No iron. You can get iron after a few request which we received on our last day of stay. The hotel is not 5 star hotel at all. The max rating should be 3 star and that’s a max. The lobby is like a railway station. Staff will say OK but won’t do anything. I wish I could have paid a bit more and stayed in a real 5 star like Elaf Kinda where my cousin stayed and got all the facilities including in the price he paid. This hotel eventually costed me the same because I paid for water, internet and ironing but I had to walk to Haram and stayed there with poor facilities. Hope this review helps.
very busy but facilitate the necessity of the pilgrim's. especially in my case it was very supportive .great member of staffs and distance was 10 minutes max to the great mosque of Kaaba.
