Rude staff, hot water and AC issue
At check in hotel did not provide any luggage service to room. For almost half of the stay room was super cold and their thermos was not working. They had some weird way of getting room to warm up. Needed extra blankets so we can sleep without freezing. Something to double click some button instead of normal one click. Not sure why?Bathroom hot water was also not easy to figure out. It has to do something with some additional button to press to allow for knob to turn full to let hot water in. Both times had to call front desk for help. Cafe team has some rude staff. I wanted to get couple of eggs fried and despite being first in line, the guy started shouting at me. Needless to say I did not order any from that rude guy for my entire staff. I came to stay to get some rest and did not appreciate yelling by their staff. Very rude experience. Will not stay again at this hotel.

One of the best hotels overlooking the Kaaba, offering a wonderful panoramic view of the Kaaba. The staff was excellent, and the accommodations were superb.

The customer relations manager MS ~Haneen Alghuraibi was extremely helpful and very efficient. She went extra lengths to make sure our stay was comfortable. The dining manager Mr mehmat on 29 floor was very friendly and efficient. The views are amazing, just the walk to the restaurant is a bit long for people with physical challenges

We stayed at the fairmont hotel (Makkah clock towers), while the property was convenient to enter the haram, the food in buffet options and quality were below average compared to even smaller hotels. Another area the hotel can improve is provide one firm and one soft pillow for different type of sleepers. I enjoy a slightly firm pillow and the default in hotel rooms are extremely soft pillows.

Everything was perfect, super close ti haram, breakfast spot at 29th floor is amazing (not available with all bookings, some bookings has access to restaurant adjacent to lobby), take care on drop off, as they have closed their B2 access and you need to access it from L1 which most of the taxi/careem drivers are not aware of yet.
