Exceptional service ! Great location and super clean place. Staff is very courteous, polite and always ready to help . Mazin and Marwan were exceptionally helpful but could not do much because of Expedia policies which are pathetic. I would recommend booking direct with the property as they are super flexible. EXPEDIA is pathetic and a looser ! DO NOT book with them. 5 STARS to JUMEIRAH !!

Excellent hotel very clean modern up to date spacious. On this trip we decided to go half board breakfast/dinner and it was the best choice as we didnt want to wait in long restaurant queues. This hotels restaurant treated us like king/queens they would bring us drinks to our tables take away plates as soon as we were done eating. And the choice and variety off food for the week we were there was top tier.
