Fantastic hotel with brilliant service throughout. The location was perfect when going to the haram, would always stay here when coming to makkah. The breakfast options were brilliant too, stayed with 2 kids and they thoroughly enjoyed it too

Booked connecting rooms, travelling with young children. When we arrived we were told we would be put up in rooms quite far apart. We paid extra on check in to get connecting rooms, but when we reached the room, we were given two rooms next to each other. Not ideal with two young children when the family is split between two rooms, considering the amount paid. Was frustrating to go back into the hallway each time we had to speak to each other or pick something up from the room bec door. Not ideal for a young family. Perfect hotel for young couples, adult groups, or families with older independent children but certainly not family friendly.

Hello, I was in room 106, Tower 2. Only issue i want to mention is the Washroom. Its nothing as 5 star standard at all. I would give it 2.5 star. I think it needs thorough cleaning as the whole shower enclave is red and spotty. Other wise the stay experience in the hotel was nice.
