big mistake
will never comeback again, no internet in rooms , bad internet in lobby , bad food , everytime i have to fix access card everytime , broken safe , alot kf flys and insects in lobby, scarry elevator

Excellent Shuttle Service, Spacious Apartment
Shuttle Service very good, available 24/7. Drops you in the basement, from where you directly enter mosque yard. While returning to hotel, after finishing the prayer, try to wait for 30-40 minutes in order to avoid rush at bus stop. Apartment was very spacious, staff at reception was very good. My booking was with breakfast, but i was told at reception that breakfast is not included. Bit of embarassment, however, later on after discussion with manager, he included in the package. Overall stay was very good. 5 Star rating needs to be reviewed, may 4 star.

A very bad and old dirty Hotel
A very bad Hotel with very old furniture. The rooms smells extemely bad, cockroaches in the rooms. Service was not acceptable. I would never stay at this Hotel again and would also not recommend to others to stay at this Hotel. This Hotel is worth for only one star not for four stars. The Hotel staff is very unfriendly and not helpful.

Very dirty Hotel. The rooms smells very bad. Old furniture and very old carpet. Will never stay again at this Hotel and will also not recommend to stay at this Hotel. Hotel has four star but in fact it is only 1 star Hotel.

Bad Condition Hotel only 1 star instead of 4
The Hotel has 4 Star but I would give this Hotel only 1 star because of its condition. The furniture was not only very old it was also very dirty. The carpets were also very old and were smelling very bad. There were many cockroaches in the room so you can't sleem in calm. The other point is that it was not possible to make international calls from this Hotel which is absolutely unacceptable for a four star Hotel. If I would visit Makkah again I would never stay at this Hotel again.
