Encontre varios detalles que no estuvieron bien en mi habitación,la cortina del balcón no funcionaba correctamente,para planchar la ropa tuve que molestar al personal,no habia un telefono para comunicarse ni con la recepción y lo que mas me molestó fue que le prohibieron a mi chofer subir a mi habitación…cosa que en ninguna parte del mundo sucede,yo la pagué y decido quien me visita y quien no… por lo demás todo bastante bien!

Nightmare in Medellín beware of BeMate

It was a really nice hotel a couple of months ago water pipe from air conditioner flooded in the floor. I have the iPhone by in the floor charging it no longer works. I have a battery charger that got wet they offered no compensation would not change rooms and turn the air conditioner back on

Check in was super easy and smooth, cafe downstairs was awesome for a quick cafe pick me up after a long day of trave. Location was super convenient and the room was fantastic with an amazing veranda to enjoy a drink with a view. Only drawback were the pillows as they were large and the early morning gym noise from a class that was being held in the first floor gym. Considering everything, the place was an amazing value and I would definitely stay here again.
