Worst hotel in medellin with the worst customer service and the owner has no clue how much business he is losing I paid 4 nights in full and left the first night the audacity to charge 100 us dollars for a visitor for a 2 star hotel

Good morning, I booked this location because I was looking to sleep in a peaceful quiet place because of a bad experience I had in an Airbnb that was too loud. This hotel was even louder that the Airbnb I was staying at. When I check in the room, I found hair in the jacuzzi, a stain pillow, and more hair on the bed. There is no sound insolation on the doors. I was hearing everything that was going on outside of my unit. My first night I had to call the front desk because there were some kids running around at 11pm. Second night in the morning I was hearing the cleaning lady's outside of my unit. If you are looking for a peaceful place to sleep, I would not recommend this place. As a Chief Engineer for hotels, this hotel is really loud. Apart from that the from desk people are really amazing, location is great. The best is the restaurant on the 5 floor, amazing view and great staff.

Overall everything was good, i got a redbull from the mini fridge, when i got back home they text me and say they forgot to charge me,can i pay.$3.42. $15,000 colombia currency. Are there serious. I text them and told them have to wait until 2025,when i go back.🙄
