Excellent Hotel Choice

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to meet your needs. Great location. Good breakfast choices. Only con is that you can choose 1 beverage (orange juice, coffee or hot chocolate). If you want a 2nd beverage, you will have to pay for it. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

The room was large, well equipped with a fridge and mini-bar and a sink. The bed was very comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The bathroom, unfortunately, had a damp, musty smell, due to a large damp patch in the corner of the room by the door. Otherwise it was clean and spacious. We were very disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed on Christmas Day - a fact we did not find out until Christmas Day! Breakfast was included and was OK, but it was 'order by numbers' with apparently no option to vary. On days when it was very busy, the staff (although working hard) were struggling to cope and the meals (and the coffee) were left on the counter until they were cold. The area around the hotel was very hilly and although there was a good shopping mall close by, the walk up the hill was very steep! Good access to taxis and Ubers

El personal,la localización y la limpieza del hotel,muy buenos. El unico problema,el ruido del ultimo piso,que es el restaurant, se escucha en los cuartos,aparte del ruido que hacen en la calle,(que es hasta las altas horas de la madrugada) y en los pasillos del hotel,todo se escucha en los cuartos. Es lamentable, porque el hotel y el staff son muy buenos. Es la.unica queja que tengo. Porque hasta los desayunos son muy bueno,muy buena calidad.

The property was good but for tourist that don’t speak Spanish it can be inconvenient. A more well know hotel would have probably had more staff that spoke English.
