Simply extraordinary from front steps to rooftop. Service and hospitality is defined quite well here. Every staff member knew my name by the 2nd day. An exceptional experience. Food just as exceptional and I found that I ate every meal there after my first night eating off the property.

Best Bed period. Bedding and pillows are the best. Everytime i stay here, I fall asleep and wake up well rested. Location is a little distant from all the action and noise so u can sleep peacefully. Wish they had a better gym as they only have few free weights and a treadmill. A multi station machine would do well. Pool water temperature was perfectly warm. Quality of the food was excellent. Their tasting menu is over rated. I had it on 2 different occasions and was not overwhelmed for a 4 star restaurant. Also getting a reservation from US was ridiculously difficult. They literally have 75 pages of wine list they sent me via text (is this really necessary ? ) And the wine was extremely over priced. I've also had their "regular" menu which was exceptional. You must try their French onion soup. It was one of the best I've experienced. Overall, if u enjoy better things in life, obviously have to pay for it. And i would gladly pay for their A1 service. Will definitely be back soon.

Oasis in Medellín
El Cielo is an amazing place to stay. Can’t tell much on the outside but inside is a wonderful oasis. The service and room were impeccable. Truly a luxurious place to stay for a good price. The restaurant also is an experience one cannot miss.
