Downtown. Small comfortable room with micro,fridge,coffee maker, heater/A/C. TV and wifi. Nice shower. Paid parking. Breakfast is now down the street and we had to walk there in the rain.

There were a variety of food options on site, however a lot of new staff in restaurant dining. The Dragon River Noodles was average, although the Sports Bar dining had a better system and was tastier. Hotel check in, the hostess was new, which is fine, however when she asked for assistance minimal help was given as he took the next customer instead of ensuring my check in was completed and to help the new person feel competent. The hotel is only 3 months old, however the fan in the room was noisy. Even after turning the heat off, the fan ran non stop all night long, which made for a restless night, I logged a complaint at 5am, and even recorded how loud it was. I didn’t feel reassured by the lack of concern for my comfort. Slot hostess in non smoking used foul language in her interactions with patrons, which seemed off putting. Slots were tight, but that’s always a gamble, but I shouldn’t have had to bet on having a pleasant sleeping experience in a new hotel with the clearly malfunctioning fan.

Unimpressed with our stay
I was not impressed with the check-in there's no sign showing entrances or where to go in so we had to walk all the way through casino with all our stuff to get to our room to check in. Staff was not very helpful once we checked in they didn't tell us where our room was they just handed us our keys and we had to actually ask where to go. It was very confusing. In the morning early the fire alarm kept going off we evacuated our room, found out it was a false alarm, went back up to our room, and the fire alarm kept going off, kept going off, kept going off, for about 45 minutes we finally just left because we were tired of hearing it. It was extremely frustrating especially when there was actually no fire. Our room was fine but are overall visit I was not impressed.

Nice, new hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Our first room had no hot water because of a boiler issue. We were swiftly and nicely moved to another room. We were given dining credits for the inconvenience. Great pool. Fun casino atmosphere. Great food options. Nice view of the horizon from the room. Watched machinery building a new parking lot in the back which we discovered is for future expanded employee parking. Very nice staff!

The property and the rooms are new, clean, and a very good value. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We were able to park our car for four days while we traveled. When we returned, the shuttle picked us up from the airport and brought us to our car. There was no extra charge. The only thing I did not like was the strong cigarette smoke smell during check-in. The check-in area is close to the casino and the cigarette smell from the casino is strong. Overall, the property is very nice, an excellent value, and I would stay there again.
