Highly recommend
Great customer service and clean room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! I will stay here again when traveling cross country.

It was just ok.
Had to ask for ice bucket, sheets blanket and pillows for the pullout bed. The bed was not comfy. The ac thermostat was not working correctly. The room we had, you could heat everything. Slamming door cars outside, people talking. Definitely would not make a reservation again, unless it was an absolute emergency.

Manager Lisa was very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are fine but sound travels through the connecting doors AND through the common walls. Apparently the building plans or the building contractor didn’t take privacy to heart.

Nice hotel, service could improve.
Nice newer hotel. Had to wait for 10 minutes to check in since no one was at the desk. Rang the bell, waited 5 minutes. No one came. Called the phone number that was left on the desk, the front desk phone rang as I was standing there. A gal answered and explained that she was helping a guest with their air conditioner. When she made it to the front desk she reeked of cigarette smoke. Once we made it to our room, the bathroom floor was full of hair.
