THE SPACE
Acreage Farm Stay House features large light-filled open-plan dining and living areas with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove and Nespresso coffee machine with views out to the pool. The kitchen and dining areas open out to a large covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor setting so you can enjoy the best outdoors day and night with a glass Mornington Peninsulas finest vino in hand. This property will be wanted all year round with evaporative heating and cooling in the living and sleeping areas and full linen and towels provided.
The homestead is beautifully designed, and you’ll be in awe as you drive down the tree-lined boulevard, taking in the landscape of both lakes and swans, the perfectly manicured gardens and the farm animals in their natural country environment.
Only minutes to the area's glorious wonders, with access to world-class golf Courses, national parks, fantasticic beaches, award-winning wineries and only a short drive to many of Victoria's best restaurants and cafes.
The home boasts a separate study and an additional sitting area to relax and enjoy this home away from home, so sink back and relax in the comfy sofas and catch your favourite movie.
With the fully equipped kitchen and dual burners on the outdoor BBQ - you can cook like a professional and show off your inner MasterChef! The high-quality Miele appliances can have you cooking up a feast for the family. You’ll have access to a full stunning kitchen, butler pantry, not 1 but 2 ovens, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
For the warmer months, lounge beside the sparkling in-ground outside pool and enjoy the views of the manicured lawns, dams, fruit orchards and animals (cows and sheep) while enjoying the true Australian outback. You will think you could be in a tropical location when you relax with a solar-heated swimming pool (Note - the pool's pool's temperature cannot be guaranteed - it is subject to the amount of sunlight).
Nestled amidst picturesque farmlands teeming with vibrant wildlife and greenery, this home offers is surrounded by nature's beauty. Please be aware that you may encounter traces of dust, fallen leaves, and other natural elements around the property's exterior. Additionally, the farms boast a dedicated gardener who may tend to the lawns and gardens during your stay.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this before your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.
GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we the reserve right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

There is a dam on the property, so children will need supervision. Live animals (sheep and alpacas) are also fenced on the property.
Pets are welcome but must remain outside and be cleaned up during the stay. Some animals on the farm may roam around at times (sheep/cows).
The house has security cameras, and these are located by the front door.
VERIFICATION
To abide by all legal requirements and the home's security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's license), confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
