Gorgeous Shoreham Cottage , newly renovated original early century cottage, part of the "Little Breda" estate. Set amongst an established cottage garden setting, overlooking neighbouring farmland and featuring a panoramic view of Westernport Bay. Please note: No Wifi at the cottage.

Ideally located, just a 5-10 minute walk to "Honeysuckle Beach" or drive around to the family friendly Shoreham Pines Beach where you can leave the car and step straight on to the sand. Many of the region's highly acclaimed wineries such as Montalto, Pier 10, Tucks Ridge and Red Hill Estate are a mere 1-2 minute drive from the front gate. Farm gates are award winning restaurants are all at your doorstep.

Visit a winery for lunch, take a dip in the sea and relax on the decking overlooking the bay at the end of a perfect day!! For a special occasion, book a driver and be picked up and driven to one of the winery restaurants for a Candlelit dinner.

Fabulous for a romantic getaway for 2 or bring your small family for a fun filled holiday treat.
Master Bedroom adjoining family bathroom on one side and on the other a luggage room or infants room complete with cot and single bed.. Bedroom 2 - Loft space (mind your head) featuring single bed, for the young at heart and adventurous, accessed by well built attic ladder and railing.

Amazing cottage getaway
W had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and beautiful the surroundings were. Beautiful Property
Shoreham Cottage was a beautiful cottage, with everything you need for your stay included. Janet was very informative and provided extensive information on the surrounding areas. Communication with Janet was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the breakfast ingredients that were provided and the offer to help ourselves to the garden. The property was easy to find, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely stay again.

A picturesque setting
We stayed here to get ready for our wedding and the night of our wedding. It was the most beautiful, quiet and relaxing setting for all. The house had everything you needed and was very nicely presented. Check in process was easy and host Janet was very responsive. Lovely touches of breakfast foods left for us. Perfect location to wineries, beach and shops not far. The garden was absolutely stunning and the ocean views is a highlight. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great Stay
Really loved the property and the garden. Nice quiet location. House is well appointed and stylishly decorated. 10 Minutes to Flinders, 25 minutes to Rosebud, 10 minutes to Pt. Leo and around 10 minutes to Red Hill so everything is pretty close by.

Cosy Shoreham cottage
We had a lovely stay at the cottage in Shoreham once we found our way through the secret entrance in the hedge. It was very cosy and we immediately felt right at home. The gardens were so pretty as was the view over the bay. Location was perfect as we were going to a wedding nearby. Horses to pat over the fence and a few rabbits to watch in the garden. We really loved it, thank you.

Cosy cottage with beautiful views
The cottage was so warm, cute and comfortable. It was clean, had everything and more that we needed. The views were gorgeous overlooking the shoreham beach and country hillside. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Delightful cottage and gardens
We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage, there are beautiful views of the bay and the cottage is very lovely. We really enjoyed the gardens and seeing the little rabbits come out in the mornings and the horses over the garden fence. Great location for exploring Balnarring, Flinders and Cape Schanck. Immaculate and Beautifully Presented Property
We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. It was very homely and everything was provided. Shoreham is a lovely part of Victoria and our stay was very restful. We were disappointed that there was no internet but we were able to Hotspot to meet any needs other than our phones. We appreciated our hosts for their attention to detail, including leaving lights on for that homely feeling when we arrived as well as the air conditioner being on for us on what was a very very hot day.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. The view and garden is gorgeous. The cottage is well equiped. The decor is quite quaint and a bit cluttered. But otherwise an enjoyable stay.
