Central and Tranquil is the right description
Central and tranquil describes the property well. Sited in a cul-de-sac there was very little passing traffic. Parking off the road was also an advantage. It was also a suitably located place to stay as I was spending almost a week in hospital and my husband found it was an easy drive to the hospital in Fitzroy. The property itself was extremely clean, neat and tidy when we arrived. We found the beds comfortable and the facilities suitable. The TV and aircon easy to use and a couple of nearby parks were great for walking our little dog. There are nearby takeaways and restaurants and the major supermarkets are reasonably close. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean an tidy and have everything that we needed. Location was ideal for what we wanted and was able to accommodate us and our dog with ease. We will certainly look to stay here again next time we are in Melbourne

A comfy and warm home in Essendon. A helpful host. Not super close to cbd however its not far from the direct train line. Had everything we were looking for and enjoyed our stay.

City lights trip
We were delighted with this accommodation, so clean, fresh with lovely furniture and design. The beds were like sleeping in a cloud ☁️. Area is quite and close to lots of restaurants, cafe's, shops 15min walk through Salmon reserve trail. The train station is an easy stroll 10min, which makes the City an easy destination. We had everything we could have wanted and more. Thank you Mark for all the quick response times to emails, and especially your kindness. All the very best, we will be back! An excellent place to stay
The location was perfect for our trip to Melbourne. Our host Mark property, was clean and there were numerous thoughtful touches, like milk in the fridge and coffee capsules in the pantry (made our son very happy). The house was immaculately clean and tidy. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.
