The space also includes off-street parking for one car with remote access for your convenience, larger cars such as 4-wheel drives will not fit in the off-street park and will have to park on the street. There is free 2 hour and 4 hour parking on the street.

There is no smoking allowed in the property, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
