Doing some amazing renovations and a really lovely place. Very central to everything and the staff are amazing. The Wi-Fi isn’t great it’s so slow so you just need to be very aware of that.

We had a really great stay. However, unfortunately, we left a jumper on the kitchen bench in our room. After we had driven out, we realised we had left it there. We called up, but reception said housekeeping stated there was no trace of it. This is disappointing as we know we left it there, and certainly has tarnished our experience. We would be unlikely to return as a result of this.

Great location, great service

Excellent and friendly service from start to finish. We were given an upgraded room and had an amazing view from our very comfortable suite. Excellent water pressure in the showers. Comfy beds. We enjoyed the breakfast, again with great service. Wonderful location, for both the views, and for getting picked up for tours. Highly recommend.

Solid hotel in a good location

Our stay wad very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and have us tourist recommendations. The hotel is in a good location and our room was spacious. Its a bit dated and could use some sprucing up but overall it was good for us.

We really enjoyed our stay and had amazing views of the river. However, the riverside rooms are also loud at night. The gas brigade show at night is really bright and loud and goes off every hour until midnight.

Loved our stay here with two bedroom riverview. We had a beautiful view of the city and river front, convenient location for great coffee shops, restauarants and shops. It is also next door to the immigration museum, which was an excellemt museum to visit and it is also a spot that tours pick up for the phillip island penguin tour, whoch was perfevt. My only regret is we should have stayed more than one night. The reception staff and bartender were also helpful and welcoming!

Staff and service were excellent, good central location. If you have a room looking over the Yarra you are also looking over 6 railway lines which are very busy and annoyingly noisy. Even with the claimed double glazed windows the rail noise was still noticeable

Reception was friendly and professional. patient and organised. I was disappointed the pool was non operational. This was communicated after the booking was made. I was offered a complimentary bottle of wine but then had to ask for it. The room was clean and spacious however the bed was very hard.
