I asked for a slippers, but the staff said, it has been run out of order, still waiting for delivery.
A hotel with that price range, should not happen or management like that.
If they have run out of a slipper, they should have spare one, or solve this problems by the hotel themselves instead of respond to client that, we don’t have, you make your own solution.
Any way, it’s my second time in this hotel, though the first time experience is good, won’t choose it again.
