Staff were so friendly and helpful. I left my bag in an Uber on the way from the airport. They kindly went to great lengths helped me and checked CCTV footage. Plus they made a special effort for my son’s birthday with a lovely card balloons and chocolates ! The hotel was lovely , great pool , very clean and overall a great experience!

First time staying at Dorsett Melbourne. Such an amazingly pleasant experience. We came here for our anniversary and brought our 9 month old with us. We had asked for a baby cot for the duration of our stay and it was already set up when we arrived. Weve tried several hotels in the city including Crown Metropol, and this has to be the best one for us. Cl Convenient location. Spencer street dfo within walkable distance, parked up there and walked over. 8 levels so jumping on a lift wasnt a long wait. Pools were super clean as well as the Gym. Staff are lovely and very attentive. We'll be back again!

Great stay, stylish room, I was upgraded. Bed was very hard, pillows were divine. Not the best end of the CBD, but I was only there for a quick stopover, so it was very convenient. Room service burger and chips were delish. No view and room overlooked a courtyard with other rooms opposite.

Was a lovely stay. Room was great. Pool is beautiful. Hotel was very kid friendly. We were there on a busy weekend and the only downside was they didn’t seem to have enough staff on. The ones that were busy didn’t really give any notice to people waiting which I feel is still their job, even if they can’t help. Breakfast was quite nice but again the staff struggled to keep up with the demand. Ran out of plates and glasses. However, I highly recommend for a story stay or business trip. Easy walk to flagstaff or southern cross stations. Beds were comfy and it was mostly clean in the bathroom. Plenty of towels and they had a coffee pod machine in the room.
