Bedroom two with queen bed with ceiling fan
Bedroom three with two single beds (on the ground floor)
Bedroom four in the bungalow at the rear of the property with double bed, bathroom and kitchenette.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
