The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was quite small, and several issues made our stay less than enjoyable. The locks on the doors didn’t work, the bathroom was not clean, and the blinds were difficult to open.
Check-in was a frustrating experience. We followed the instructions provided, but when we went to the Asian grocery store to collect the key, the staff claimed they didn’t know about any apartment or keys. After searching around for another location, we returned to the store, where a different staff member finally confirmed that we could collect the key there. This caused a significant amount of wasted time.
One of the main reasons I booked this place was for the pool, which I wanted to use with my child. However, we were told we needed to complete an induction before gaining access to the pool. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to do this, so we couldn’t use any of the amenities.
Additionally, there was no parking available on-site, and we had to pay $120 for parking for just two nights.
Overall, I was very disappointed with this stay. Based on our experience, I personally would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
