The estate features private hotel-style rooms within a charming Austrian-style farmhouse, each equipped with a spa ensuite, bar fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. The homestead offers a spacious kitchen, both indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, and stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. Guests can explore scenic property trails, enjoy a picnic by the wetlands, or play pool or tennis on the private court. Surrounded by world-class wineries and golf courses, the estate is also just a short drive from the stunning Mornington Peninsula coastline.

The Kitchen and Living Room:
The farmhouse boasts a generously sized, fully equipped Austrian country-style kitchen that seamlessly connects to cozy living and dining areas, and extends to a large alfresco-style deck. Relax by the Coonara fire in the main lounge room (wood provided) and choose from various indoor and outdoor dining options.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The private, hotel-style bedrooms are designed for comfort, featuring two queen beds, one double bed, and two single beds with electric blankets and heating. Each room includes a spa ensuite and private balcony access. Additional amenities include a bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and a TV with free-to-air channels.

Outside:
Established in 1996, Northway Downs Estate is a family-owned vineyard known for its Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and more recently, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. The beautiful farmhouse is ideal for a romantic escape, a private retreat, or preparing for a wedding with its stunning photographic backdrop. Guests are invited to explore the vineyard trails (note: the vines are off-limits), picnic by the picturesque wetlands, or wander through the adjoining Christmas tree farm. The tennis court is available for use (bring your own rackets), and ample guest parking is provided.

Please note that due to wetlands and external electric fences, the property is not suitable for children.

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
