I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Good unless you need to catch a flight. Staffs were so un friendly, like they doing us a favour. Room was good but very small. Parking though you pay for it have to go to reception and validate every time you need to drive out. Buffet was also not as good as other Novotel hotels have. I won’t stay there again

A bed for the night in a soulless hotel, though on plus side, super convenient to the airport. Check-In experience poor - self-serve machines not working (get most of way through process then failed at last step, frustrating). Long, slow queues. Food expensive.

The room was stunning, nice view, but we did complain about the air con not cooling the room down. We had to just cope with it all night and we didn’t get the best sleep. For the price I am disappointed due to this . Also the parking is a lot ontop of the fee for the room. The parking people were rude.

Really great new and fresh hotel for an overnight stay at Melbourne airport. Was let down by lack of food options when I arrived at 10 pm - no bar food and room service limited. Could cater better for travellers who often come in with very little food on board and need something fresh and tasty! Also no water in the room! Crazy really. Breakfast was rushed and not a lot of choices. Finishing at 10 seems right of people have come in late!!!

A Stellar Experience, Thanks to Exceptional Servic
I recently stayed at Novotel Melbourne Airport, and while my stay was top-notch, I did encounter a bit of a billing hiccup—a double charge that was accidentally made on two separate cards. Initially, it looked like a double transaction, but as it turned out, it was just the bank freezing the amount temporarily. Seven days later, everything cleared up. What made this experience surprisingly enjoyable was Leila Mahyari, the Rooms Division Manager, who took this little glitch under her wing and made it her mission to resolve it. From promptly replying to my emails to actively following up with both accounts and the bank, Leila went above and beyond in her support. She was quick, diligent, and always two steps ahead. Thanks to Leila, I left Melbourne feeling that the Novotel team truly cares about their guests. Novotel, you’ve got a gem in her! To anyone thinking about staying here, rest assured that you’ll be in capable, caring, and (may I add, beautiful!) hands.

A lack of staff for check-in and check-out (each time I've stayed) is frustrating. This is a great hotel in terms of location, price and room quality. Please put on more staff so the waiting time at check in and check out isn't > 10 mins!

Clean and new. Great location next to the airport. Short walk to the terminal which was required after a great breakfast buffet. There was also a shuttle if you don’t want to walk.

New property which means in good shape but automated check in seems strange and unipersonal. Then having staff that knows little about the hotel or the area it’s an airport makes it a strange experience but Check in and out was speedy and that’s the positive. Room was comfortable

Convenient location for the airport and the hotel is beautiful. Restaurants close at 10 and then room service is limited so you will need to use delivery for any after hours meals if you arrive after 10.
