THE EXPERIENCE
Relax by your very own palm fringed pool this summer, whilst you enjoy your favourite book, drink or watch the kids play in the pool (small range of kids pool toys provided). The pool comes complete with sun lounges and solar-heating so guests can enjoy hours in or out of the water.
Surrounding the pool, a large deck incorporates an outdoor table setting and Weber BBQ, to provide everything you need to roll over a lazy afternoon into a warm summer evening of outdoor eating and entertaining.
If you have children (or adults that like fun) we’ve got you covered indoors too, with a table tennis table, board games and books. Complimentary Netflix, Disney+, Kayo and Wi-Fi access are available, ensuring you can chill and binge on your favourite movies, TV series or sports on a choice of two large smart TV's.
If lazy mornings are on your agenda, fire up the Nespresso machine and enjoy the sounds of local Bellbirds singing and the views across treetops to Port Phillip Bay and the city skyline. Alternatively, if you’re seeking exercise or outdoor opportunities, the national park which borders the property is within a 5-minute walk and features a 5km running/cycling circuit, bush walks (you might see the local koalas) and kayaking area.
Whilst you’ll likely want to chill out and stay put, the property is within easy access of stunning local beaches, wineries, cafes, restaurants and other highlights of the Mornington Peninsula.
THE PROPERTY
We've included a floor plan in our pictures, but it's ideally suited for one or two families.
The downstairs level incorporates two living areas (one for adults to lounge and one for kids to hangout), dining area, kitchen and laundry/powder room.
The upstairs level contains four bedrooms, home office/study and two bathrooms (a full range of hotel style linen is provided inc bedding, towels & pool towels).
GROUND FLOOR
The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you’ll need (Fridge/freezer, microwave, Miele oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Soda Stream, pots & pans, toaster etc).
There's complimentary pantry essentials including Nespresso Pods, oil, salt, pepper, garbage bags, cling wrap, foil, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, tea towels and dish rags for use while staying.
Adjoining the kitchen is the main living area with a super comfy modern sofa you can sink into, 65 inch smart TV (with Netflix, Disney+ & Kayo) and an open fire place. Opposite the living area is the rumpus area with table tennis table, a further sofa area and smart TV (Netflix, Disney+ & Kayo).
At the opposite end of the house is a separate dining area that seats 8 people, ideal for meals on cooler nights.
While doing the laundry is never a favourite chore for anyone on holiday, the laundry includes new LG washing machine (with washing detergent) and new LG dryer.
FIRST FLOOR
All bedrooms have great views over bushland & tree-tops towards Port Philip bay and the city skyline. They also include split cycle AC heating/cooling and built-in robes. All bedrooms have quality beds, pillows and will be made up on your arrival, with fresh, professionally cleaned linen including towels and pool towels.

Bathroom 1: Ensuite off the main bedroom including shower, vanity and toilet.

The study area includes a desk, chair and monitor for any work or study needing to be done.
PET FRIENDLY
We are a pet friendly home (we are dog lovers) and have a doggy-door installed at the property to allow for easy inside/outside access. The property is well fenced to provide a secure outdoor enclosed area as well. Whilst we don't charge extra fees for pets we ask our guests to avoid the potential for pets to damage the property (please keep pets off couches and pick up any malted hair etc).

Please don't move any furniture as it has the potential to scratch the floorboards. Only guests listed in the booking are authorised to stay at the property.
Our house is for use by families and small groups of adult friends only. Sorry, but we can’t accommodate young groups and parties.
