Private and very quiet 1 bedroom apartment on the lower level. Close to cafes, supermarkets, parks, bars and more.
Unit is complete with all essentials for short and long term stays; Washing machine, coffee machine, storage, linen, cooking facilities and more.
Just a few minute walk to the tram stop which takes you direct to the CBD and train station approximately 16min walk and less than 20mins from the CBD.
King size comfy sofa bed, allows unit to sleep 4, suitable for adults or kids, small kids.
Note: Pets allowed however must be house trained, there is no secure outdoor area
